From the grand entry foyer to the spacious bedrooms and elegant bathrooms, every corner of this home was designed to bring comfort and top-notch quality.
We found the house by searching the realty sites. It was close to completion and was the style and size house we were looking for so we set up an appointment to see the home. We came to see the home several times and had the pleasure of meeting Jake and Tia. We were very impressed with their background and building experience along with the quality of the home. We had just sold our custom-built home and wanted to size down but not sacrifice quality; we felt this house was exactly that.
The house has been great and we still feel that it is a quality built home. We love the farmhouse look, the accent color of Iron Ore, the nickel board inside, the pantry, and more!
Since we came into the building at the end, we really weren’t a part of the building process. What I can talk about is the first year under warranty with True Ridge ( formerly Cole Builders.) It was absolutely fabulous. They addressed and handled all issues and even addressed and handled things we didn’t see. They have a very high standard and won’t accept work less than that. They take pride in their building and treat the home as if it were theirs. Being that it was during the pandemic, they were dealing with subs that weren’t always able to get help and good help, subs that may or may not show up, whether they completed the job as requested, etc. Every single time someone had to come to the home, Jake was there. Every time he made sure they showed and that the job was to their standard. If it wasn’t, he either had them fix it then or had someone come back that could do it correctly. They have been accessible each and every time we reached out. We feel like they are part of the family and are quite sad our one year is up because we enjoy our communication and visits.
Some of the features we and our friends love are the vaulted ceiling with the beams, the nickel board, the mix of modern farmhouse and country farmhouse, the nice covered porches in the front and back, the laundry room right off the hall, and the master closet, barn master bath door, the windows in the master bedroom, the large master closet with shoe shelves, amazing pantry, all the solid shelving instead of wire shelving, love the creative design of the driveway…..it’s just fabulous. Some homes around us have such problems with their builders yet we are so grateful for ours.
