We are Tia and Jake, a mother-son building duo with 35+ years of homebuilding experience. It’s in our blood. As 4th and 5th generation homebuilders we are thrilled to be continuing our family’s legacy of creating dream homes for American families.
Tia spent the first 10+ years of her building career in Oregon and built 100’s of custom homes before moving to the Hamptons, New York to build several estate homes. She most recently settled in North Georgia, where she has been building homes with her son Jake since 2018.
Tia loves to spend her free time with her 4 children. They spend a lot of time at equestrian events and enjoy the outdoors. You will interact with Tia when you are designing your home, and discovering your perfect location. As a realtor for over 30 years she is a neighborhood expert and understands all that it takes to find and purchase the right lot and home.
Jake came into the family business quite naturally.
He loved building since he was a kid and always dreamed of joining the family business as a builder one day. He spent time as an Electrical Foreman prior to acquiring his Residential Builders License.
He is now the General Contractor and Field Manager of True Ridge. He likes to spend his free time fishing and being in nature.
